NEW PATIENT FORUM GROUP
We are currently looking to start a Patient Forum group and would like to offer you the opportunity to get involved in what we are doing, by joining and letting us know from a patients perspective how we can change, improve or implement new services for our patients.We need approx 12 patients from all age groups who are willing to meet once every quarter to discuss and contribute in group meetings. if you are interested please pick up a form from reception, please complete and then hand back in.We will contact you as soon as possible with the relevant information.
Flu Vaccination
If you are aged 65 or over, or suffer from chronic disease ( such as heart,lung,liver,kidney, or neurological disease) have diabetes, a weak immune system,are a carer or may be pregnant you may be at risk from Flu.
* This list is not exhaustive, your Doctor may recommend a vaccination in other clinical situations.
Protect yourself this winter, please ask at reception about a Flu vaccine now.
Family Carers
Are you caring for a friend or relative?
We understand how difficult this role can be, a carer can easily become isolate and suffer mental and physical ill health themselves because of the pressure of their role. Carers are often not aware of the help that is available, and do not know who to ask. If you are a Carer please let us know, we may be able to help, please ask for Wendy (our reception coordinator) or Liz button (our senior nurse) who will be able to offer you advice and support.

No appointment necessary, but you must report to reception.
