It is our aim to see that we are providing a good service to our patients. In these changing times this is not always easy and if you have any comments or suggestions on how the services could be improved upon we would like to hear from you. If you wish to make a complaint please contact the practice manager by telephone or in writing.

 

We aim to treat our patients courteously at al times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We take any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients very seriously and will remove any patient from our practice list if they do not amend their behaviour.
