For appointments, press 1. Our doctors request that our reception team ask you for a brief description of your symptoms in order to direct you to the most appropriate clinician or service.
For prescription queries or issues, press 2. Repeat prescription requests should be made via the NHS app, please see our website for further details.
For secretaries, available between 8am and 1pm, press 3.
To speak to our reception team with a query, press 4.
Please note we no longer provide test results over the phone, you can view these in your online account or ask reception for a print out.
